The artificial turf includes 2" of base material & silica sand. These prices are considered yards that are bare dirt and ready for installation * note weights below are overall weights face is minus 28 oz backing
Smart Turf that is used for recreational use and is completely pet friendly. This turf is anti-bacterial and is open so that enzymes breakdown quicker than in dense turf. This turf has the any angle feature that is so sought after with drainage holes every 2.5" inches. One last thing is even though this turf is one of the darkest colors on the market we have made the backing heat friendly combined with copper slag and PET infill.
Southwestern Blend is a combination of all the 4 grass colors grown in the Arizona. Rye, Kentucky Blue, Bob sod, & Midiron. Looks incredibly natural and it is the grass that got this all started. minimum of 500sq for special 3.99 price
This is our most premium turf and the roll is so heavy it only comes in 50ft lengths. This is normally used in smaller areas to accentuate and appreciate the area.

Pavers are one of the biggest demands in the Phoenix Area. We offer our pricing up front and even offer the homeowner to purchase the material themselves to help safe a little more money. The only thing that can change this price can be type, size, brand, and pattern all could cause a slight uptick in price.

This is an in ground tank that is hooked up to your irrigation line and directly feeds every plant fertilizer every time you water your plants. This is the secret that nurseries do to keep their plants looking fantastic. We install Fertilizer tanks at a rate of $300 per gallon. These tanks have a 15 year warranty when we maintain the tank and its operation. This includes the cost and installation of initial fertilizer as a bonus.
We are currently still installing fertilizer at $80.00-$125 per tank depends on type of fertilizer
There are many different type of controllers on the market today and for many different reasons you may have a favorite or one you would like us to install. As a general rule of thumb we have a labor cost and material cost separated because each installation is different.
Indoor controllers are usually the cheapest to purchase and install. As a general rule of them these controllers cost about $10 per station. So if you want a 6 station controller it will cost about 60.00.
There is no thrills to these controllers they turn on turn off valves and must be reset every time the power goes out. These clocks about about 20 per station
These controllers can be programmed from your phone. Some of these will send reports and let you know everything about your irrigation system from how much water you use per valve, per time on to if there is a leak in an irrigation line. These area about 25-30 per station

We do not care if another company is higher or lower than us on this particular installation. We will only do what is best for your yard and irrigation system. We pride ourselves on systems we installed over 3 decades ago that are still operating without issues. We will install a temporary drip poly system but there are so many things that can potentially breakdown with the system that we will pitch a better system installation. The pricing below is for new installation(s).
The cost of labor to install a controller which includes the cost of the parts that go to the main power box
Backflow preventers are require by every city in the state of arizona. This is to help against contamination of dirty irrigation getting into our drinking water. This copper product is soldered into your existing copper line
There are several really good companies that make valves. If we have our choice it will be Rainbird, and Hunter. (ask us about quick release connections and why it makes our valve installations the best in the industry). We use Dry Conn Premium Wire connections. If compatible we like to use a 14 gauge color coded wire(s)
This can be anywhere from $1.00 for poly to 2.00 per ft. for pvc depends on the depth and the hardness of the ground.
This includes the installation of the irrigation line and multi-port emitter assembly that goes each plant. Add $10 if you want each multi-port housed in a 6" valve box
This can include up to 8 emitters which would be about 10 piece
This system is viewed as temporary and it is used as a permanent solution. These emitters can leak because they are plug n play. Add $5 more for emitters that connected into an existing system that will need to be dug up and found each time an emitter is installed.
Drip Emitters added to pots *note Drainage of pot is owners responsibility because soil has stained concrete in the past. This does not include pots that need drip run up into existing soil which double cost.
